昨年の夏ごろから伺いたかったのですが、定休日だったりタイミングが悪くて…
そうこうしているうちにテレビにも再々登場するようになって、あっという間に人気店に。
さすが金曜の夜
お店はいっぱいです。
雰囲気の良いペアが9割と女子ペア1割？
ここにお一人さまはなかなかハードル高い？（でも行きます）
カウンターに案内されましたが、ゆったりと間隔をとって、なおお隣と一席は空けているので、隣を気にすることなくゆったりと過ごすことができます。
これはすばらしい配慮。
別のお店で食事をしてきたので… と告げると、今日は混んでいるのでお任せが無理かも…って言いながら、生ハムとか、ソーセージであれば2本くらい？とかの提案をしてくれました。
グルマンソノワに来たのだから、ソーセージがいいです♪
そして、とりあえずは「本日のスパークリング」
ソーセージのタイプやクセについて、再び確認して、お任せで用意してくださったのは、
イノシシのサルシッチャとヴァイスブルスト シメジと人参のマリネを添えて
はんぺんみたいなソーセージと表現されたヴァイスブルストは、ふんわり軽い食感。優しく淡白な味わいの中にもジューシーなコクやうまみを感じます。
対照的に強烈なインパクトのサルシッチャ。
胡椒の香りとパンチがしっかり効いた超粗挽きソーセージ。
ジューシーでお肉の味が濃くって、噛みしめるほどにうまみを感じて… あ～ウマい！
サルシッチャの、味も、肉汁も、パンチも、の強さに、 これは、赤？ と、おすすめの赤ワインをいただくことに。
お店はいっぱいで、電話の時点でお断りされている方もいらしたくらい忙しそうだったのに、ギャルソンさんはちょっとした時間に気にかけて話しかけてくれました。
おすすめの赤ワインも、ボディの強いものと果実味の強いもの…など提案をしてくれたり、グラス1杯とれないので、味見に♪と小さなグラスに注いでくれたり…
とたくさん配慮をしていただきました。
味、お酒、サービス どうれも素晴らしく気持ちがよいです。
本当はアイスバインが食べたかったのだけど、お一人さまにはキツイですね。とさらりと言われて、絶対次回は複数でくる！と心に誓うのでした。
とてもとても、雰囲気よくておいしかったです。ぜひまた伺います。ごちそうさまでした。
