A few years ago, at Aperitif in Okayama, the three appetizers of duck meat and ham served in plastic cups were so delicious that I wanted to visit the restaurant someday. I chose the 3000 yen course. When making a reservation, please ask if there are things you are not good at. Chili con carne? Contains beans and sausage. I thought I could eat as much bread as I wanted with just this one item. I don't usually eat beans, but stew like this? It was the first time I thought beans were delicious when they were in a dish. The sausage is also flavorful. Assorted appetizers. It was my first time encountering delicious corned beef. I don't like liver, but I like Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) gras, white liver for yakitori, and red bean liver, and when I tell them that I sometimes find liver pate very delicious, many of them are fine with our liver even though they can't eat it elsewhere. I was told that it was. It was very delicious. The wine goes well. The duck was delicious and the ham had a luxurious taste. I think it would go well with Cascudo. It was a great value course with a well-balanced menu of specialty dishes.
