On my business trip to Okayama, I usually walk from the station to the post office, and never cross the main street, but I felt like having some delicious Western Cuisine and a drink to go with it, so I wandered across the main street towards Tenmaya. I arrived at this store while walking aimlessly while checking out the shops on the street. Italian Cuisine next door? Along with that, the atmosphere is good. The counter had a good distance between us and we were able to sit comfortably.We were greeted by the chef and a female staff member, and we ordered a lemon sour and an assortment of vegetables and meat. First of all, the sausage and vegetable stew is delicious! The assorted platter includes pate, corned beef, cheese-in-sausage in a mold (the name is...), pickles, and marinated mushrooms, all of which are delicious! I especially like the patty and corned beef. There's one more dish, Hamburg that seems to be evolving every year. After a while, the chef looked really sad... The meat broke while it was cooking and some juice came out, so could you please give me time to make it again? He came to apologize.
