＜2015年2月訪問＞
今日はお好み焼きを食べに行ってきましたよ、場所は北区蕃山町にある五色屋さんです。すぐ近くに博多ラーメンの山下商店さんがあります。11時30分訪問で今日も一番でした。
注文は五色焼き（450円）をお願いしました。これは通常の豚玉に烏賊・海老・ホタテが入ります。店主さんが目の前の鉄板で焼いてくれます。当店のお好み焼きはちょっと小ぶりのサイズです。待つこと１０分少々で焼き上がりました。
ソースはブレンドされているそうで甘くなく美味しいですよ。キャベツは大きめな切り口で全体量は少なめです。具材の入れ忘れが有りましたが店主さんの気転で事なきを得ました。
当店は４０年も頑張って営業されておられます。まだまだ元気な店主さん、お値段も安価でまた訪れたいと思いました。
