ＹＡＨＯＯ予約の９月４日限定９４８円（税別）で利用
なので通常の営業ではないのとＣＰもその評価で
前提として本町ビル地下にあった岡山店は総合4点
雰囲気と酒・ドリンク４点以上のよいお店でしたが惜しくも閉店
岡山店はフランチャイズでクーポンも頑張ってました
さてイオンモールです
なんとか大賞で有名になったフジオーの直営です
では今回のイオンモール岡山は以下に
・１６：00の部に予約
・15：50到着 既に予約の方たちで店頭埋まってました
・案内は16：00ジャスト 接客はまぁ普通ですがフジオーならいい方
・一通り案内が終わった後は多くのスタッフがレジで固まってミーティング
・テーブルは２名席が多目ですね けっこう狭いです
・通路もかなり狭いです
・食材コーナーも狭め
・食材の補充は割りとよく見ていて早目
・食材自体は倉敷と大差なし
・テーブルのお皿を下げたりはほとんどアルバイト１人でしたが頑張ってる様子
・練り粉とパン粉は共に船皿ですね 練り粉はつぼのはずなんだが・・
倉敷はどっちもおわんで使いにくい
まぁ？ ざっと纏めると
全体的に狭苦しく、席も窮屈、食材もフランチャイズの岡山と比べると種類少なめ
９４８円ならこんなものかなぁ～ ディナー２５００円はないなぁ
ぶっちゃけ何食べても美味しいとか感動とかなく
楽しい！ってわけでもないですね
私が楽しい！ と思えなかったのが下記
・練り粉は席においてあったのは問題なかったが、食材コーナーからお替りしたものは
「揚げた物全て」衣が剥がれた いい加減すぎ
・ソース等を狭いところにむりやり置いて、ソース皿も使いにくい なんら工夫の後がない
・ポットのお茶はでっかいティーバックが詰まって出ない
・サラダが少なすぎ サラダ以外は炭水化物と脂質の店なんだからサラダは大事でしょ
・ソフトクリームが劇不味い ワールドビュッフェと同じ豆乳ソフト？ なんせ牛乳使用してない
・他のデザートもワールドビュッフェとどっこい 不味すぎ
要は「狭いから仕方ないだろ？」 や 「イオンだから勝手に客くるし」 みたいな？
リピートしてもらおうと感じられないところがだめですかねぇ
私に言わせれば「多くの人が」大渋滞の中を駐車に苦労しながらくるイオン
そのイオンでわざわざ美味しくもない串揚げを２５０0円で食べる理由が見つからない
そしてＹＡＨＯＯ予約から引き続き「平日ディナー半額」がしつこくメールくる
て思ってたら「土日も半額ｏｋ」とメールきた
どんだけヒマ？ って思い書き込みした次第
半額で倉敷ならまだ考えるかな？ まぁいかないだろうな
岡山は行くのが大変だからワザワザは行かないですね
イオンまでワザワザ行っても串家はないですけどね
