For several years now, I've been wanting to visit and try Okayama's specialty demi-katsudon someday. When I looked into it, a number of stores came up.I went with a friend and chose the one that my friends from Okayama knew.When I went there, it was around lunch time, and the store was full, so I was outside for about 20 minutes. I was waiting inside when I was called and arrived at my seat! The store is busy! ∑(ﾟДﾟ) Without hesitation, I went for the demi cutlet bowl (large) and my friend the double cutlet bowl and zaru soba! I don't care if it's someone else's money (T ^ T) Just like Nagoya's specialty miso katsudon, cutlet and demi-glace sauce on top of shredded cabbage! If a demi-katsudon is refreshing, then a miso-katsudon is heavy. It was a restaurant with a wide variety of katsudon and cutlet menus.
