昨年新規開店された「中華料理香満堂」さん、近隣の取引先さんに伺う前に同僚と訪れました。以前はラーメン屋さんだったと思いますが、この辺りはラーメン激戦区、早々に撤退されましたね！！
店内はまだ真新しい感に溢れています、カウンター・テーブル・小上がりとフルラインナップ、間隔は広めなので居心地良いですね^^; １２時３０分頃の訪問で８割程度の入客率、同僚３人と奥の小上がり席に入ります。
メニューは豊富ですね、曜日毎に定食メニューが４つ設定されています。その中から担々麺定食（800円）を注文、待つこと10分弱で配膳です。黄色いスープに橙色のラー油が浮かんでいます、雨が降ったあとの噴火口の印象です^^; スープはそれほど辛くなくひき肉も少なめ、青梗菜・もやし・青葱の具材が入っています。麺は中細ストレート、デフォで硬め、加水率低くゴワッっとした食感です。スープの温度が低かったのが残念です。
小皿はもやしナムル・蒸し豚肉・蓮根天ぷら、量は多くないですが箸休めには最適です。杏仁豆腐も付いていますので定食として完成度は高いと思います！！ 次回は思いっきり辛い麻婆豆腐を食べてみたいです^^
