たまたま近くの店に用事があったので入りました。
先日嫁がその両親と食べに行って「美味しかった」と聞いてたので、ちょっと期待。
ランチはそれぞれの曜日に各5種類の定食が用意されているみたい。各、副菜3種(お新香みたいなものも含む)とサラダとスープとデーザート(杏仁豆腐でした)がついて、ご飯はおかわり自由。
初めてなので、様子見で、一番シンプルそうな、麻婆豆腐定食を頼みました。
5～6分で料理が運ばれてきまして。
副菜、サラダは普通。スープが結構うまい。中華の小ぶりのお椀だったのであっというまになくなってしまい、もう2杯くらいはほしい感じでした。
さて、メインの麻婆豆腐。絹ごし豆腐を使っているみたいで、ふにゃふにゃ。山椒や唐辛子の辛さはあまり感じないし、油もそれほど感じない。パンチが薄いなぁ...と思いつつ食べ進めると、そのうち、味噌や牡蠣油の複雑な味がだんだん感じられてきて。ご飯とあわせて咀嚼が進む進む。
箸で運ぶよりはレンゲで掻き込んだがいいなぁと思いつつ、気がついたら皿も茶碗も空になってました。(ダイエット週間につき、ご飯のおかわりは自粛)
なんかね、口に入れたときの味ではなく、全体のバランスでたべさせるような、ちょっと複雑味のある料理でした。
お冷も水でなく、中国茶を薄めに入れて冷やしてあるし。
結構繊細な雰囲気の店です。街中華の店にしては珍しい感じ。
夜メニューもちょっと変わって美味しそうなので、そのうち、呑みでも来てみたいと思います。
