■Shoyu Ramen Set Meal 935 yen ・A Chinese Restaurants about 17-18 minutes walk from Bizen Nishiichi Station on the JR Uno Line. ・Soup: Chicken bone-based soy sauce soup. Black sesame on by default. ・Medium-sized straight noodles. ・Ingredients include 4 tiny slices of char siu, bean sprouts, bok choy, and chopped green onions. ・The set meal includes soy Ramen, 3 appetizers (spring rolls, kimchi, and shredded pickled mustard greens on this day), soup, salad, rice, and almond tofu. ・Free refills of rice. ・There are 6 seats at the counter and 5 tables that seat 6 people, and a raised tatami seating area in the back. This is my first visit to this place in search of cold Chinese noodles. After entering the restaurant, I looked at the menu and saw that they don't have cold Chinese noodles! I checked with the staff, but they said they don't currently serve cold Chinese noodles... I chose the soy Ramen ramen set meal. Cold soup, cold fried Fried food... The taste was nothing special... Plus, the restaurant was hot! It was so hot! The ceilings were so high that the air conditioning barely worked! I ate the not-so-spicy soy sauce Ramen while drenched in sweat. I probably won't be returning. Thank you for the meal.
