4月5日。
今日は岡山にいます。
取引先さんと食事会。
やってきましたのは高島屋裏のボストンステーキさん。
見た目はパリによくある風のオープンテラスのカフェのような感じ。
私は寒くはありませんが同行者はコートを着ています。
さて長細い店内の端っこの席にて5人での宴が始まります。
先ずは海鮮サラダ。
旬野菜と新鮮な海鮮が彩りよく盛られています。
気合いが入ってますね。
特に帆立貝柱は歯応えからして良いですね。
さてお肉です。
最初の料理は厚いローストビーフといった風情です。
柔らかくファーストタッチが優しく感じます。
ここからは各種ステーキがどんどん出てきます。
2番目のステーキはチーズが散りばめられていて牛肉とのコラボを楽しみます。
厚さは家で食べるステーキ？くらい。
3の皿はいかにもサーロインという感じ。
厚みもありますね。
そして表面はいわばカリカリに揚げるくらいに焼かれ旨味を閉じ込めています。
中はレア。
牛肉本来の味を・・ということでしょうがもう少し火を入れて欲しいですね。
ワインは白のソーヴィニオンブラン。
そしてチリのカヴェルネソーヴィニオンブラン。
3本目はマルベックだった様な・・。
途中で野菜の炒め物みたいなのも食べますがあまり記憶ありません。
ラストのステーキは2〜３センチくらいの厚さ。
ただすみません。
あまり覚えていません。
ただただ美味しい肉飲みでした。
