休日の11時ちょっと前に来店 寒空の下並んでいる人はおらず、ちょっと早めでしたが店内に案内してくださり待つことができました
店内は入り口に長いソファがあって、バーのような作りでかっこいいです
おすすめの楽長ラーメンを注文、ランチタイムは100円増しでミニチャーシュー丼がつけられるので主人は嬉々として注文
10分ほどで持ってきてくださいました
やや濁の黄色の清湯スープに分厚いチャーシュー1枚、太メンマ2本、半分味玉、青ネギ、白髪ねぎ、柚子のトッピング
スープは鶏ガラよりも魚出汁が強い和風よりのスープ、脂分は多くないものの、少しとろみがあります
中細麺はやや柔らかめ
分厚く脂と肉がしっかりと別れたチャーシューは甘めの味付けでトロトロ、逆にメンマはすっきりシャキシャキ、味玉もトロリ
楽長が指揮する三味一杯はハーモニー豊かでした
シュッとした器でかっこいいのですが、スープが少なく感じました
ミニチャーシュー丼はラーメンと同じチャーシューの細切れと味海苔がのっていましたが、この上品なラーメンと共に食べるならば、普通の海苔の方が合うように思いました
850円という値段は最初高く感じましたが、ハーフ味玉がデフォルトでのっていること、更に丼とのセットにするとお得感が出ます
