予約をして土曜日の夜7時前に到着、既に満杯です。
4人でしたので、2階の個室に通されました。
3,500円のコースは下記の通りです
○おからと季節のお浸し
和食の心、静かなはじまりです
○あさりのパイタン仕立て
2品目にお椀、まだ緩やかな立ち上がり
○しめ鯖寿司
お腹を空かせておいて、ここで少量のご飯もの
次の料理が待ちきれません
○筋鰹、オリーブはまち、鯛、蛸
新鮮ですねー、なかなかガツンと来ません
○鱧の天ぷら
あっさりして、焼酎か日本酒が恋しいです
○チーズ茶碗蒸し 薄い豆かけ
上品なコースですね
○ネギの豚肉巻き
ネギのキュッキュッが食欲をそそります
○ぶり大根
ガツンと来ないまま終わりそうです

デミグラスソースが後を引く程の美味さ
全部すくって完飲
○カレーか雑炊
雑炊も旨味があり美味しかったですが、カレーは絶品でした。これだけでも来る価値あり。
○ヨーグルトアイス、バニラアイス、わらび餅
身体にいい印象のコースでした。
居酒屋でありながら和の心がしっかりと料理に現れてます。
全体的に薄味であっさりですので、若い方には物足りないかもしれませんが、私のような年配者には飽きが来なくて通いたいお店です。
