以前から気になっていたお店。正面がガラスになっていて、店内の白い壁や厨房を囲むカウンター席越しにマスターが料理を作る姿が見えます。
コースは4000円、6000円のおまかせコースです。単品もあります。
4000円のコースを頂きました。
フレッシュトマトのタルティーヌ。子持ちベイカのタルタルソース。トマトのポタージュスープ。メインは牛ヒィレ肉のワインバター添え。
デザートは3種類から選べましたが、少しずつのアラカルトにも出来るとのことで、3種類全部頂きました。イチゴのアイス、チョコのムース、りんごパイ。
食後の珈琲はエスプレッソにも出来ますし、紅茶はアールグレイ他2種類から選べます。ハーブティもあります。
どのお皿も本当に美味しかったです。大満足です。マスターと奥さまの笑顔が素敵でした。是非また行きたいです。
