表町商店街と平行で南北に伸びるオランダ通り、その南端に位置する「ラボンヌフランケット」さん、お店の前を通過すること数十回．．．やっとこさランチで訪問です。以前はペットショップだったかな？
厨房を囲む形でカウンター席あります、お一人様ランチなので左の隅っこに座を構えます。１２時少し前、右端に先客の女性いらっしゃいました！
注文は日替わり、サラダとデザートが選択できるとのこと、生ハムサラダがすぐにやって来ました。塩気の効いた生ハム、喉から手が出るほどビールが欲しくなります．．．
スープはトマトポタージュ、酸味と甘いクリームのバランスが良いですね。どちらに傾いてもこの絶妙さがなくなるでしょう。
メインは活き鱧のフライ、大きなサイズが２つ、見事にカラッと揚がっておりバジルソースで頂くと食欲がモリモリ湧いてきます^^; 夏野菜やマッシュポテトの付け合せもレベル高いです。
食後には珈琲を頂きしばしまったり．．．過ぎゆく夏の空気感が名残惜しいですね ■D_(-ω- ,,)ﾏﾀｰﾘ
