ランチタイムにお邪魔しました。
予約をして伺うと満席で最後のお席でした。
カウンターの小さなお店。
ランチにはセットとコースがあり、イノシシのハンバーグのセット2000円にタルトタタンのデザート500円を追加しました。
お味は美味しいです。
サラダは和えた状態で出てきます。
ちゃんとしたお店だ！と嬉しくなりました。
ジビエ好きな私としては楽しみにしていた猪のハンバーグ。ただ、良いのか悪いのか、普通の美味しいハンバーグとあまり変わりませんでした。言われてもあんまり猪と分からない…
私は牛や豚とは違う、猪味(?)が好きなのですが、これはクセが無くて良いと捉えるべきなのか………？
タルトタタンはちょっと見た目にお味が負けている感じもありましたが、良いランチになりました！
