An Italian Cuisine Restaurants located in a back alley. A small lamp lit in front of the store is a sign that the store is open. On this day, I wanted to eat ``gnocchi'', so I visited during lunch time on a weekday♪ I checked the menu sign at the entrance to see that ``gnocchi lunch'' was available before entering the store! (There always is, haha) It was around 12:30 and there was a couple sitting at a table. You could tell from the looks at other tables and counters that a few more people were eating. I took a seat at the counter. Usually there is a woman who takes orders, but on this day the chef was working alone. ``It's going to take a while,'' he said, and since I didn't have any time constraints, I decided to relax and wait. First came the soup. It's warm and has a rich flavor. After taking a bite of the bread, I put it on the table using the napkin under the soup plate for later. And appetizers. It's colorfully arranged♪ I received an explanation, but I couldn't understand it well (sweat), but I'll just eat without worrying♪ This alone is quite a portion. The main dish is gnocchi ♪ I added 300 yen to add Gorgonzola ♪ Scoop it up with a spoon and it's crunchy ♪ Mmmmmmm delicious ❤️ Soft and chewy ♪ You can feel the potato flavor ♪ The sauce also has a rich cheese flavor, so you can enjoy the cheese fondue It makes you feel like you're cooking ♪ I ate all the sauce with the leftover bread ♪ Ahh, it was delicious ❤️ I was so happy to be able to eat delicious gnocchi for the first time in a while ♪ As I was soaking in the afterglow, the chef... asked, ``Would you like some coffee?'' I didn't look at the menu properly, but it came with a drink and dessert (surprise) Tiramisu and black coffee ♪ The bitter taste of mascarpone cheese and cocoa made it feel like an adult dessert ♪ The overall volume was good, and every dish was delicious. I visited on a Friday at 19:00. When we called in advance, we were informed that it might take some time to prepare the food as it was busy, but since we didn't have time constraints, we made a reservation. 2 sets on the counter. 3 groups on the table. There is one empty table. I was guided there. It's a popular restaurant~ ^_^ I was told that because it was crowded on that day, they couldn't serve assorted appetizers, and that grilling took time. I knew before he came that he would be busy on the phone, so I didn't really have any problems with it. Let's start with drinks. Considering the waiting time, I chose Campari soda as an aperitif. Today's recommendation is the menu on the blackboard, so I take a look at it carefully ^_^ The menu names were so long that I couldn't remember them: ・Firefly squid salad ・Sautéed log shiitake mushrooms ・Sautéed Oyster and asparagus (Actually, it looked even more delicious) (Name is). The vegetables in the salad are fresh. The color is beautiful and the texture is crunchy. Firefly squid is bite-sized, soft and plump, and has a subtle sweetness when you bite into it. Delicious~❤️ I started drinking white wine around this time. As for the wine by the glass, there were two types to choose from: light (Cabernet Sauvignon) and solid (Chardonnay), so I chose the solid type from France. What surprised me was the sautéed shiitake mushrooms. big! It's cut into four pieces, but each one is a fine size. Cut the piece into bite-sized pieces and bring it to your mouth. It has a smooth texture and is very juicy ♪ The taste and aroma of shiitake mushrooms is very good ♪ I ordered this because my seatmate loves shiitake mushrooms, and she was also happy and said it was delicious ❤️ ^_^ Next was the sautéed Oyster. Since it's in season, as a person from Okayama prefecture, it's an ingredient I want to keep in mind ^_^ It went well with asparagus and paired well with white wine ♪ Next, I ordered pork cutlets, liver paste, and French bread. I was told that grilling would take about 30-40 minutes. Since we're going to move on to meat, I started with a light red wine. While waiting for the main cutlet while having liver paste as a snack. The cutlets are made from thinly sliced pork that is fried and moist and juicy, and the crispy coating is crunchy and fragrant, and goes great with the sauce! I ate it while talking about how delicious it was ❤️ ^_^ In the end, I decided to order pasta, and after a lot of hesitation, I went for gnocchi, which is my favorite♪ This wasn't written on the blackboard, but it was on the standard menu. So I ordered it. Potato flavor and chewy texture. I enjoyed it with the rich cheese sauce and a good type of red wine ^_^ I was full ♪ It was delicious ❤️ As I was leaving, the chef went out of his way to say hello and apologize for keeping me waiting.
