打ち合わせ前の腹拵えで伺ったのは天地下タウン「吾妻寿司」さん、フードコートエリアの一角、入れ替わりの激しい場所ですが当店は長く頑張られています。
フードコート内のテーブル席でも頂けますが今日はカウンター席で頂きましょう。短いカウンター（3席）ですがネタケースも設置されていました。
注文は海鮮丼、待つこと10分程でやって来ました！ 赤だし付き、丼はかなりのビッグサイズなので半分程度の盛りになっています。
具材はそれほど多くありませんがどれも新鮮ですね、山葵を醤油に溶かしてから海鮮ネタを潜らせて頂きます。ご飯は多めで酢の配分もいい感じです。トロッとした食感の甘エビ、甘みの強い烏賊が特に美味しかったです！！
表町三丁目にあった本店さんは随分前になくなってしまいましたね！ 創業は明治45年．．．岡山市内でも屈指の老舗寿司店さんです！！
