岡山駅にもある有名寿司店が天満屋のデパ地下にもありました。
フードコートになっている中の横で別に販売スペースとイートインスペースがあり、気軽に入りやすいけどちゃんと職人さんが握ってくれています。
ランチは3種類で他にも普通の握りのセットなどいろいろありました。
・サワラ丼ランチ(900円)
味噌汁付きです。
岡山はサワラが有名だと聞いていたけど旬の時期は過ぎていたため諦めていたので嬉しかったです。
鰆の上には大葉とたっぷりのネギにレモンが添えられていて彩りもキレイです。
鰆はサクの段階で炙っていてタタキのようになっていたので風味が良く、生臭さもクセもなくてとても美味しかったです。
味噌汁も出汁の香りと味がよく出ていてこちらもとても美味しかったです。
・寿司ランチ(880円)
味噌汁付きです。
マグロ、イカ、タイ、エビ、サーモン、玉子、巻き寿司など9貫とボリュームがあります。
イカも柔らかく、シャリも美味しくかなりコスパが良いです。
駅のお店は観光客が多いのでしょうが、こちらはお昼にお寿司とビールを楽しんでいる地元の方が多くいました。
店員さんも優しくておすすめのお店です。
