注文炙り肉寿司、ロースしゃぶ、赤白壷焼き、ギアラ、テツ、タンもと、ハラミ、
エイヒレ、イカ一夜干し、ソーセージ、白飯てんこ盛り
料理どれも素材は申し分ありません。ロースシャブは、玉子を付けてすき焼き風(^_^)
ハラミとても美味しかった！壷焼きは壷ごと焼いてはいけませんよf^_^;)
メニューは驚くほど充実していて、焼肉屋、ホルモン屋、魚の一夜干しと居酒屋的な物まであります。
冗談でイカ頼んだら本当に美味しかった。店主のこだわり感じます。開店日から名物⁉という壷焼きは、
赤肉と白物ホルモンが一つの備前焼に入ってコチジャン系の甘いタレ味。
焼物は塩焼からしないと、順序間違えたら網がベトベトになります。(>_<)
次回後でホルモン盛り合わせ発見！カウンターで一人これを食べたい。(^_^)
店舗以前は、確か炭焼鳥カカというお店でした。すっかりリニューアルされ
和風な靴を下駄箱に入れるお店になりました。
