土曜日の夜に2名でいきました。
当日予約しようとしたら満席で21時過ぎからなら入れるとのことで、他で一杯やりながら待つ事に。
店内へは靴を脱いで。
落ち着く雰囲気で居心地いいです。
先ずホルモン、ハツ刺し、スパークリングワイン。
新鮮なハツ刺しは臭み0で美味しい。
ホルモンも甘く味わい深い。
その後に頼んだのものを忘れてしまったのですが、写真のお肉が非常に美味しかったです。
山葵やにんにくチップの薬味も嬉しいですね。
お肉自体の味が濃く、臭みは全く無く、お肉自体がこんなに美味しい焼肉に出会ったことはありません。
柔らかすぎるサシの入った脂っこいお肉では無く、肉を噛みしめると言う実感の出来る歯応え？のあるお肉。
決して硬いわけではありません。
感動しました。
絶対リピします。
接客も気持ちよく、笑顔が良かったです。
人にお勧めしたいお店です。
