表町3丁目、つまり昔の西大寺町にイタリアンの店ができていました。
ほろ酔いマンションの道を挟んで向かいあたりです。
中に入るとカウンターとテーブル席があり、
テーブル席はおじちゃん・おばちゃんがグビグビと
ワインを開けています。
カウンターに座り、グラスワイン380円と
甘長シシトウ400円、カルボナーラ980円を注文。
グラスワインが安いのはいいですね。
若いシェフとお母さんみたいなかたで店を切り盛りしています。
シェフの実家が八百屋らしいので野菜料理も出るのですね。
カルボナーラはイタリア旅行で食べてその美味さに感動し
日本に帰ってからもときどき注文するのですが、
残念ながら、まだ納得する物に出会っていません。
この店のカルボナーラはあっさりとして食べやすいものでした。
私は濃厚なタイプが好きなので少し好みとは違いました。
隣のおじさんはポテサラとトリッパをつまみにワインを飲んでいます。
こういう使い方が良さそうですね。
