“牛肉のビール煮込み”
“鴨のリエット”
“和牛ローストステーキ”を座っていただきながら
正面のお店が『Trattoria Sole(トラットリア ソーレ)』
“トリッパ”って何？
＝牛のハチの巣を一度柔らかく臭みを抜き、
香味野菜とトマトソースで煮込んだイタリアの郷土料理です＝
想像が出来ない。。。。
現物を見ればわかる（笑）
という事で、トリッパン500円を購入♪
細かいことはよくわからないですが
優しいトマトの味とよく煮込んだ具材がパンに程よく染みて
美味しくて食べやすかったです☆
