今回のお店は「ホルモンバル」
岡山では初の業態ですかね？？ホルモン好きにとってはたまらない〜。
駅からは少し離れているこのお店、2016年10月にオープンしたばかりの新店でございます。たまたま妻の知り合いから教えてもらったこともあって早速行ってきました！！
ちょっと調べてみたら中井町にある「肉じろう」の系列店っぽいですね。
場所は田町。この路地は意外とお店が少ないんですね〜。
店内は暗めの照明でどちらかというとBarに近い雰囲気。
カウンターがあり、
テーブル席もこの写真以外にももう少し。全部で20席くらいで貸し切りも対応してくれるみたいです。
オープンして２日目ということもあって、この写真のメニューからは変動する可能性もあるのでご了承くださいませ〜。

ではでは！早速頼んだ料理紹介していきますね！
まずはお店の方に勧めていただいた「くびれ」
「えんがわ」も珍しい部位だそうなんですが、えんがわの方が脂感が強いらしく、くびれのほうがあっさりしているとのことでくびれを注文。
ちなみにどちらも横隔膜の一種のようでホルモンとして扱われているそうです〜。
ジューシーさもありながら口に入れても切りやすく

味付けは味噌ダレ。
「チキンとギアラのグラタン」
グラタンの味付けはおふくろの味的
「タンシチュー」
「ガーリックライス」
１品ずつの値段は安く抑えられているのでいろいろ食べれるのがいいですね！
お酒を飲めなかったのが残念ですけど、ガッツリ食べるというよりはちょくちょくつまみながらお酒を楽しむという雰囲気でしたね！
