土曜日の13時訪問
大通りに面した店舗なので、道路の反対車線からは入りにくい
建物は新しく綺麗な店内で食堂風の大箱
昼過ぎで席の半分ぐらいの人入り
まず、注文してから着丼までの料理のスピードに驚かされる
水を飲んでゆっくりしていると、1分程度でチャーハンが到着し、その1分後にラーメンが着丼する速さ
台湾ラーメン 660（税別）
麺 細ちじれ麺 固めに茹でられている
具 ミンチ肉、ニラ、もやし、唐辛子
スープ 醤油ベースでラー油の辛さ、コクはあまりない
まぜそば 800円（税別）
麺 中細ストレート麺 加水率高め
具 ミンチ、もやし、小葱、海苔、玉子の黄身
味 海苔によって和風の味、油で甘みがある
チャーハン 650円（税別）
人参や肉が小さくカットされお米が主張している感じ
ラーメンが辛いからか、お米の甘さが美味しい
平日（火曜日から金曜日）のお昼（AM11：30からPM2：00）はラーメン等の一品料理にプラス一品がセットで安いのでお得
