他のお店さんの投稿が溜まってしまっているんですが、4月上旬まででホタルイカを生で食べれるのは終わりだし、ぜひ是非いろんな人に味わってもらいたいので先に投稿させていただいてまっす!

2019年に @ryochan.bana さんの投稿を見て、ずーっとずっーーーと食べたかった、ホタルイカのしゃぶしゃぶ。

3月限定のメニューということで、去年もお店の引越し準備などいろいろあったのでいけず…。

今年たまたま常連さんの会にお誘いいただきようやく食べに来れました!

場所は田町。
全部で60席ほどあって、個室もしっかりあってよいですね!
お店の方もみなさん明るくてとっても良い雰囲気。

今回いただいたのは、
・先付け
・ホタルイカのお刺身
・ホタルイカのしゃぶしゃぶ
 (〆はラーメン)
・ホタルイカとふきのとう、タラの芽の天ぷら
・ホタルイカの土鍋ごはん
・デザート

ホタルイカ生で食べるなんて、富山まで行かないと無理だと思ってましたよ。
やっぱ生はいいですね〜。
ミソのえぐみが全然なくて、本当にあまくて美味しい。

しゃぶしゃぶも好みでいろんな火の通し方を楽しめますが、個人的には身にはちゃんと火が入っている状態で、ミソが生。
これがベストでした!
火が通るとホタルイカそのものの甘さもしっかり出ます!

三陸の生わかめや黄ニラ、しいたけなどで良いお出汁も出てますし…

くううううう、今日も食べに行きたい!!笑

それとホタルイカをしゃぶしゃぶすると、すこし出汁にミソが浮くんですけど、それをまとめておちょこでいただくんですが、これまたオツでございます!

あとはやっぱり土鍋ごはんも最高ですね、はい。
土鍋自体も伊賀焼のものを使われているそうで、火加減いらずで美味しく炊けちゃう優れものだそう。

まぁ余計な説明は不要ですね。
うまいんですよ、絶対に。
でもやっぱ生は違うんですよ(まだ言うんかい)

とにかくミソの臭みがないのが感動!
いや、個人的にはミソくささが好きだったりもするんですけど、今日のお料理はそこが絶妙!

本当にホタルイカ好きだし美味しかったので、土鍋ごはんも三杯食べたし〆のラーメンも3杯食べたらさすがにお腹苦しくて、2軒目で何も食べれませんでした笑

もともとこちらのお店ふぐコースがめっちゃ有名みたいで、インスタの位置情報見てても結構みなさんふぐ食べてますね。
あとはのどぐろのしゃぶしゃぶとか食べてる人もいてめちゃくちゃうらやましい…。

大将からは「今度うなぎのしゃぶしゃぶするから食べに来てね!」とお声かけいただきました!
