倉敷ウイスキーフォーラムの序でに岡山グルメ巡りにて訪問。
昨夜、BARのマスターからオススメされて訪問しました。
店内は、こぢんまりした和のアンティークな雰囲気で落ち着きます。
お昼のメニューは日替わりのみです。１６００円
この日は、一汁一菜ランチ
春野菜と海老のつみれ汁
海老と魚のすり身におかべの豆腐を合わせたプリプリつみれに、クレソンやレタス等の旬な野菜を合わせて一番出しに合わせた春らしい汁物で疲れ果てた胃腸が喜んでます☆
新ワカメとしらすの土鍋ご飯(山形県産つや姫)
食感と風味が良くて春を感じました〜^^;
だし巻き卵(永田ファームの平飼い卵を使用)
丁寧なだし巻き卵で美味しいです。
自家製お漬物
私好みの浅漬けでした。
営業時間が１２時から１７時まででお酒は１４時からみたいですね。
次回は、１４時過ぎの酒場タイムに行ってみたいと思います。
