京橋朝市で二番目に伺ったのは北区表町オランダ通りにある山猫さんです。ブースの前には既に沢山の方が列ばれていましたよ。
私が購入したものは「豚の炭火焼き（400円）」です。大きな網と炭火で焼かれていましたよ。外かわはパリッと、中はジューシー、豚肉本来の旨味が感じられますね。お肉も厚みがあり食べごたえあるサイズ、掛かっているソースも絶品、さすが和食名店だけのことはありますね。
次回はお店に伺って美味しい料理を頂きたいと思います。
