We stopped by on a Saturday around 7pm with 3 adults without a reservation! Luckily, there were only 3 seats available at the counter! This is actually my 4th visit and the first time in about 5 years! The owner is a woman and she explains the meat carefully. Today's recommended lamb meat was from Shiretoko, Hokkaido, Eniwa, Hokkaido, and Australia! It seems that the production area differs depending on the part. Order Lamb chops Lamb sausage Lamb fillet Yukhoe After all, it is a lamb specialty! Lamb chops are the best! There was almost no smell of lamb, and I had it seasoned only with black pepper, but it was a really addictive taste! Especially recommended is the lamb fillet! Honestly, you can just burn the surface! And it's insanely delicious! Fresh lamb seems to have no parasites and can be eaten raw. ↑Sorry if I'm wrong... The other menu items were delicious, but these two items were especially recommended! There are many wines on the menu that go with the meat, and I couldn't help but empty the bottle! I think the bill was about 22,000 yen for 3 people! Other than wine, I had about 5 other drinks! I ordered one or two more dishes and asked for additional lamb fillet! I think the price is a little high. However, even if you don't like lamb, you can enjoy the taste of rum with so little odor! I think this is the only rum specialty store in Okayama!
