評判が良い中華居酒屋があるからと『金柑』ってお店を訪ねてみますと…
金曜日は23:00まで営業しているとの前情報だったのですが、コロナ禍による時短なのか21:00閉店であるとのことで、お邪魔したのはラストオーダーの2分前であったのです
にもかかわらず嫌な顔ひとつすることなく,、満席近いお客さまで賑わう20席ほどの店内のひとつだけ空いていたテーブルへと促していただけたのであります
金曜日だということもあるのかもしれませんが、人通りが少ない裏通りにありながらこの賑わいぶりにはこれからいただくお料理への期待も膨らむというものであります
先ずは前菜ということで「よだれ鶏」をいただきます
それほど強い辛みはありませんが、丸鶏一羽を茹でたかのように思われる鶏肉がとってもしっとりとしていて…
そのおいしさが強烈に印象に残る逸品でありました
そして「牛バラスライスの花山椒辛子煮」と「四川麻婆豆腐」
正直なところ麻婆豆腐は期待ほどではありませんでしたが、牛バラの辛子煮は辣油が熱せられていることでの熱々感と牛バラの甘みや柔らかさもあっておいしくいただくことができました
お肉の下に入っていた白菜は、シャキッとした歯ごたえを楽しんでいるうちにだんだんとしんなりとしてきて…
食べ進める中で徐々に味変されるたのしさもありますね
そして花山椒
きっと良いものを使っておられるのでしょう
痺れだけでなく、山椒の実が持つ甘みのようなものまでも感じることができる逸品でありました
〆にいただくのは「担々麵」
麺がちょっと団子になっていたことは残念でありますが、スープの中で解せないほどではありませんのでご愛敬ということで…
濃すぎることなく、ちゃんと胡麻の香りと甘みを感じることができる芝麻醤とほど良い辛みの辣油、そして先ほどの花山椒とキチンとおいしくいただくことができる一杯でありましたし、ひととおり食事が終わるまで〆の一杯まで注文を受けてくださったことに感謝であります
