I went to eat dinner in Okayama City. By chance, I was able to make a reservation, so this time I went to Kukiri Cuisine Happo. It is truly a two-star Michelin restaurant in Okayama City. They bring in the best ingredients from all over Japan, and the dishes come one after the other. They had sea urchin from Hokkaido, shark fin from Kesennuma, snow crab and bluefin tuna, conger eel from Okayama, blackthroat seaperch from Shimane, and so on. I was really happy to be able to eat so many different things. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
