会社の歓迎会で(^^)
牛タン焼きしゃぶの飲み放題付きのコースで。
サラダ、刺身、揚げ物などで料理は続き。
ここまでは、普通の宴会メニュー。
そして、満を持して、牛タン焼きしゃぶが。
センターにつけ汁があり、その周りに野菜と牛タンスライスが。
センターのつけ汁は、直ぐにグツグツですが、周りの牛タンは白菜などの野菜の上にあってなかなか焼けない(^_^;)
結局は、牛タンの下の白菜を撤去。
企画は面白いのですが、商品化にはちょっとね(>_<)
立地はいいので、頑張りましょう。
