初家系ラーメン 初手は全国区のチェーン店
セントラルキッチンらしいので WEB動画で観てる他店と味は同じはず
日曜13時頃に伺いましたが 3組待ち
食べ終わった頃の13時半だと 待たずに入れそうでした
まずは基本のラーメンで 家系で指定する 麺・味・脂もすべて普通で
ライス必須の家系ですが 主人の大ライスを1/3ほど取り分け お茶碗はお願いすると持ってきてくださいました
食券渡してから卓上の調味料を物珍しげに見たり ライスとラーメンの楽しみ方の指南書を興味深く読んでおりましたらラーメンがやってきました
ブルーの切立丼は一見して小さって感じでした
茶濁スープに チャーシュ1枚 ほうれん草 海苔3枚 うずらの玉子
普通で頼んだ麺は 家系ならではの短い麺でやや硬めなのですが 麺が詰まってないというか コシがないというか 食べ応えがあまりない
味・脂共に普通で頼んだスープはクリーミーでアタックは濃い味に感じましたが 塩味は強くない
チャーシューは美味しいですが普通
気になってた ほうれん草と海苔は 私的には良さがあまりわからず(私 家系向いてないか)
生姜トッピングしてみても 玉ねぎトッピングしてみても あまりその味変の効力みたいなのは感じず
おろしニンニクだけは 予想通りパンチがハンパなかったけども
ライスの楽しみ方で 「豆板醤＋おろしニンニク＋スープ 」というのがあり 試したところ このライスの食べ方で店が出せるんじゃね⁈と思うぐらいの中毒性を感じ ヤバいと思って一口でやめました
どの店でも大体は完食完飲ですが 今回はアプリのスタンプがもらえるとのことで 改めて気合入れて完まくしました
ただ まくった割には 不完全燃焼な感じでした
