お店のかたも店内も清潔感があり、一品料理は薄味で素材を生かした上品な味付けです。
2種類のガリも美味しく、握りはネタでシャリの酢を変えており拘りを感じました。
個人的には初モノのタラの芽を、天麩羅以外で食べれたのが嬉しかったのと、
茶碗蒸しが苦手な私ですが、こちらのはすくうと崩れる程の緩さでダシ感が強く、磯風味で美味しくいただきました。
