I've passed by the store many times, but this was my first time going there.It was a Friday so it was very busy.Out of the 4 people, 2 of them are handle keepers, so they don't offer an all-you-can-drink option, but instead they allow all-you-can-drink except for handle keepers. I wish I had had it.The freshly grilled liver that I was looking forward to was sold out.The meat was fresh and delicious.In particular, the unfamiliar part called ``rump'' (which seems to be the butt) was soft and delicious.It was my first time to eat fried offal as a dish. It's fried to a crisp, and when you bite into it, the unique chewy taste of offal slowly spreads in your mouth.
