間借り営業でカルボナーラ専門店が始まったと聞いて行ってきたものの、今はすでに「暑くなったら蕎麦！」と業態をあっという間に変更されてしまったので、また今度カルボナーラが食べられるようになるのは涼しくなってからかな…
早く行ってすぐpost出来るように頑張ります。
今、ブログも振り返ってるんですけど、投稿出来てないのが100件近くありそうで心が折れそうですが頑張ります。
それもこれも、楽しみに見てくれる方がいるからこそでございます。
あ、話がそれました。
カルボナーラ専門店バッビーノ

桃太郎大通り沿い、柳川交差点近くにあるももたろうの屋台のランチタイムに間借り営業を４月にスタートされていました。
知り合いの紹介ということもあって、パパッとランチへ。
生クリームを使用しないこだわりの作りで、メニューはカルボナーラとバケットのみ。
大盛りは全部が２倍になるみたいでボリューム満点。
サラダもセロリやにんじん、大根などいろいろ入っていてありがたい。
お皿の縁に彩られているのは、ざくろベリー酢漬けの大根がお口直しに良い感じ。
お皿も #寄木細工 という箱根の伝統工芸品のようでオシャレでございます。
大変な時期のスタートだったと思うので、またいつか食べられることを願っております。
