ちょい飲み手帖2の利用で伺いました。手帖を持って、ちょい飲みに参加している店に行くと千円で酒とつまみを提供して貰えるというお得なシステムです。初めての店に入って1杯だけ飲んで出てくるのは難しいですよね。でもこのちょい飲みのシステムを使えば興味はあるけど入りづらかった店を体験できるのでありがたい。桃太郎大通りに面した居酒屋の『ももたろうの屋台』を使って昼間にあけている店です。イタリアに旅行したときにカルボナーラの美味しさに驚き、ここがカルボナーラ専門店ということで寄ってみました。昼なのに店内はかなり暗めです。私が行ったときは男性ふたりでされていました。料理は『桜の燻製カルボナーラ』。県産親鶏を桜のチップで燻製したものを使用しているそうです。他にサラダ、ソフトドリンクがついてアルコールは赤ワインをお願いしました。パスタは細めです、チーズも軽めの味で食べやすいものでした。ちょい飲みのセットはもうひとつ『前菜盛り合わせ』というのがあり、そちらを選ぶ客も多いらしいです。
