かっなり前になりますがお邪魔したのは
昼からワイン食堂さんで昼間だけの間借り営業されてる
カルボナーラ専門店Ｂａｂｂｉｎｏ（バッビーノ）
カウンター席だけのこじんまりとしたお店です。
メニューは
前菜付きパスタ 1300円
サラダ＆ドリンク付きパスタ 900円
サラダ付きパスタ 800円
ふたりとも前菜付きパスタ
前菜盛り合わせ、サラダ、ミニスープ、ソフトドリンク付き
前菜は鰆のカルパッチョ、鶏肉の燻製、うずら卵の燻製等～
5種類のパスタの中から2種類を選んでシェア。
看板メニューの桜の燻製カルボナーラ
生クリームを使わず、こだわり卵とチーズのみで作るソースに
岡山産の親鶏を桜チップで年朝燻製して出来るベーコン、
蒜山産の平飼い鶏「あさひの輝き」の卵、
桜の花びらに見たてた大根のざくろ酢漬け、
パスタはイタリア産のバリアを使用するこだわり
いただく前から期待が膨らみます。
もう1種類は本日のパスタ
海老の殻から丁寧に出汁を取って作った海老アメリケーヌパスタ
海老が１尾だったのでシェアが大変（笑）
どちらも素材の味を生かしたあっさりめのソースで
最後まで美味しくいただけました。
お皿までこだわってて箱根の伝統工芸品寄木細工を使ったお皿なんですね～
また、是非お邪魔したいです。
