I wasn't sure how well it was cooked, and when I cut the tied green onions, they weren't cooked through at all, so I ended up having to re-cook them. Maybe it was delicious even when it was half-cooked, but since there was no explanation, I didn't know what the correct answer was, and maybe I wasn't able to use it to its full potential. I had ordered other courses, so there were a lot of other things to choose from, but the overall quantity was rather small, so I think this is a restaurant for adults looking for quality.
