岡山に久しぶりに来ました。大学の友人が予約してくれていたお店
一階にカラオケ屋さんが入っているビルで、飲んだ後に流れ込みやすいです。
入り口で靴を脱いで靴箱へ、綺麗な店内で個室になっています。
掘りごたつのように足を下ろせるのが楽で良いですよ。
私はビール、お友達は緑茶ハイで乾杯です。グラスがキレイだからか
高炭酸のスーパードライが凄く良い喉越しでした。これ居酒屋を選ぶのに重要なポイントです。
メニューはアラカルトで気になるものを注文してしましたが
どれもちゃんとボリュームがあって出来立てでした。
揚げ出し豆腐は、出汁とたっぷりの大根おろしに鰹節、そして揚げ餅が乗っていました。嬉しい驚きです。
刺身の盛り合わせは2人前、盛り付けもキレイ。すかさず日本酒を注文です。
一ノ蔵無鑑査があるというので一合徳利でお願いしました。すっきりとした後味
刺身にもよく合う辛口は、すいすいと軽快で美味しく飲めますね。
やはり刺身に日本酒は相思相愛、たまりません。
岡山名物という津山ホルモンうどんは、ホルモンのコッテリした脂と
甘めのソースが後引く味でした。玉ねぎなど野菜もたっぷりです。
