忘年会や新年会にちょうどいい居酒屋さんです。
十六時半からオープンしているので早い時間から集まれるのも幸せです。
岡山駅の東口側、路面電車の停留所からも近いアクセス抜群の立地です。
早く終わった仕事帰りに遠慮なく飲みに入りました。ビルのエレベーターを降り
新しい扉を開けると店内はとてもキレイで、一瞬居酒屋さんぽさを感じません。
この清潔感のある風情は女性でも安心して使えます。個室に仕切れていますが
通路の奥には和風の飾りなどもあって粋でした。
料理は、和のお食事屋さんというラインナップで岡山名物もあって素晴らしいい。
しかも日本酒の種類もあって、食事もお酒も楽しめます。仕事終わりの時間になると
サラリーマンやOLさんなど、次々とお客さんが入ってくるのが納得です。
さて、乾杯はビールです。泡もキレイで最高ですね。おともだちはサワーを飲んでいましたが
寒くなると乾燥してサワーが身体に染み入るそうです。いろいろ頼んだ中で気に入ったものは
ポテトサラダ
ねっとりとした、じゃがいもの舌触りが丁寧に作られているのがわかります。これ自家製だそうです。きゅうりやプチトマトなどが添えられていいます。
テーブルに出す時の説明も丁寧なので安心でした。ポテトサラダはお店の個性が
出るので、これが美味しいと他の料理も期待しちゃいます。
岡山名物のドミカツをメニューで発見。これは食べてみたいと思っていたのです。
とんかつにドミグラスソース、思ったより大きくて迫力あります。でも嬉しい幸せ。
とんかつ自体が久々〜カラッと揚がっていて熱々、ソースはあまり塩味が強くないので
たっぷりつけても大丈夫でした。これは面白いですね。オニオンスライスと合わせて
食べても、さっぱりして美味しいと思いました。ご当地メニューは正義です。
貝の酒蒸しは汁が多くて、旨味がしっかり出ています。プリッとした身が非常においしかった。
お鍋が美味しい季節ですが、ボリューム的になかなかお鍋まで辿り着けない時は
こんな土鍋に入った汁たっぷりのツマミもいいですね。
蛸飯はひつまぶし、土鍋で炊かれているのか？と予想しつつオーダーすると
椀に盛られ、片口ついた器に出汁が入って出されるお食事でした。
まずそのままでいただいて、その後にわさびやネギあられを乗せ出汁をかけて。
このメニュー、かなり贅沢な気分が味わえます。蛸って旨味が強いですから。
デザートのチョコレートケーキにはバニラアイスに生クリームが添えられていました。
早めに集まって飲みましたが、食事が美味しくて食べるがメインに。楽しい時間を過ごせました。
