岡山駅から歩いて3分ほどの居酒屋さんへ。
駅から近く個室なので安心です。とてもキレイなお店
ビルの2階ですが、大きな看板があって迷わず到着です。
キレイな通路をすすみ席まで案内して頂きました。
まずはビール。カラカラの乾燥した季節、ビールが染みます。
天ぷらの盛り合わせ
蓮根は厚みのあるカットで食感が良いですね。シャキシャキとした
音が口の中から聞こえるほどです。固すぎて生というわけではなく
楽しい食感です。海老にナスと種類もあって和食の醍醐味。
自家勢ポテトサラダ
こちらは、家庭的ですが味が良く口に入れた瞬間の芋の風味が好きです。
新鮮な野菜が添えられていて一緒に食べるのも美味しいですね。
海鮮チヂミ
具材は少なめ、カリッと焼かれた生地をタレにつけていただきます。
薄生地ですが揚げに近い焼きつけ方なので、結構ボリュームあります。
ハイボールにもよく合いました。居酒屋メニューですが
ちゃんと焼いているのでしょうね、熱々で提供されるのは嬉しいです。
揚げナスの香味ダレ
ちょっと味が強めでしたが、ナスと油の相性はバツグンです。
別腹和スイーツのわらび餅は生クリームが添えられていました。
他にもいろいろ食べましたが
どれも、ちゃんと作られている料理たちでした。
19時近くなると混み合ってましたよ。こんなご時世なので個室店は重宝されますね。
