魚正 山本淳さんにお伺いしました！
一言、素敵なお店です。18時からの一回転で営業をされてます。料理全体的に優しさ満載な感じでしょうか。個人的には好みです！
あてを数品いだいて握りに突入のバランスもいいですね。
握りはネタも当然ですがシャリとの相性が抜群！青ウナギも抜群！鮪の質もお仕事にも感謝！岡山の歴史あるお店と技術に満足です。ついでにボリューム感としては年齢的に少しだけ過多かもしれませんが、たまにはカロリーオーバーもよしですね！
