牛シンスカート(ハラミ)のタリアータ
和製マルサラソース
本日の鮮魚のタリアータ三種盛り
（名曲喫茶のミニコーヒー付)をいただきましょう。
まずは、ご飯、鯛とワカメの赤だし、ゴーヤのおかか和え、香の物が和テイストなトレーに丁寧に配置され、
運ばれてきました。
キリッと爽やかなブルーの和装のシェフが、
メインのワンプレートを運んできました。
牛の厚めのローストビーフ牛のタリアータ
イカ・サーモン・鯛のカルパッチョ鮮魚のタリアータ
サラダ・マッシュポテト・生パイン
が美しく盛り付けられ、期待が高まります。
鮮魚のタリアータはとても新鮮でイカはプリプリ、
サーモンは旨味が強く、鯛も舌が喜ぶ食感で
大人味の和風マルサラソースとの相性も抜群です。
レモンが付いているので、途中でかけて味変しても
美味しくいただけます。
とてもご飯が進みます。
お酒をお召し上がりになる方でしたら、
辛口のワインや日本酒が合うでしょう。
牛のタリアータはとても柔らかく、
しっかりとした旨味があり、
ソースとの相性もバッチリ。
途中で付属のワサビを付けて味変したり、
ご飯の上に乗せてローストビーフ丼のようにして
食べるのも良いでしょう。
どれもとても美味しく、
ゆったりランチしたい時におすすめです。
夜定食も990円からあるので
コスパは最高だと思います。
