Okayama Tantanmen
A recently opened Tantanmen specialty store.It's located outside Okayama Chuocho, so there's a line of people waiting to eat at the end of the meal. It seems to be up to 20 times more spicy. Be careful as it will be quite spicy.Someone ate it at 10 spiciness, but it seems to be quite spicy.There are also many a la carte dishes. I ate grilled seseri yuzu pepper, kimchi, beef tataki, and vegetable Tantanmen. Since it was midnight, the half noodles and vegetables came with boiled bean sprouts. I set the spiciness to 3.
