通りがかりタテカンにホルモンうどんとあったので入ってみた。面白そうだったのもあり。河本式ホルモンうどんってなんだ？ こじんまりとした店内 狭いとも言う。注文はもちろん河本式ホルモンうどん。 店主さんよー喋りますわ笑。蒸しキャベツの上にホルモンうどん。なると ネギ たまごトッピングして完成。お好み焼きとラーメンのハイブリッドみたいな。お好みでタレと魚粉で。これが何もつけなくても そのままでも味ついてウマいオリジナルなホルモンうどんでした。 共通の知り合いがいた女性や鳥取向かう途中ランチで立ち寄ったマダムとも出会い楽しくランチ出来ました(^^。初めて来ても常連になったような素敵なお店。お酒もあるので夜呑みにもいい
