There is a signboard for a coffee shop outside, but is this the correct one? I stopped for a moment and entered the store. The interior of the restaurant is rather small, with chairs lined up around the iron plate. First of all, it's beer. I ordered the horumon udon and Oyster Okonomiyaki. I also ordered Shirako grilled with butter. I thought I had ordered too much, but the hormone udon was finished while I was drinking it. There's a lot of meat in it, so it's satisfying to eat. You can change the taste with miso sauce or gochujang. Next, Okonomiyaki is completed. The okonomiyaki was made with Okonomiyaki instead of wheat flour, topped with crispy lotus root chips, and also contained a good amount of Oyster. Oyster were so delicious I couldn't get enough of them. When it comes to Okonomiyaki itself, it might be better to imagine it as a yam Okonomiyaki rather than the okonomiyaki that you normally imagine. The butter-fried Shirako was crispy on the outside and creamy and delicious on the inside.
