Kawamoto-style Hormone Teppan No. 2 is truly a paradise for hormone lovers. The first appetizer I chose was fresh liver and heart sashimi, and I was impressed by the quality of the dishes. In particular, the fresh liver had a texture and flavor that was incomparable to other liver sashimi, and I was intoxicated by the crunchy texture that spread in my mouth and seemed to dance on my tongue. The heart sashimi was also amazing, and I was convinced that this restaurant had hit the jackpot. We ordered the famous oyster Okonomiyaki and Kawamoto-style horumon udon, and Oyster Okonomiyaki was particularly impressive. It contains lemon and lotus root, and the citrus flavor spreads in your mouth, and you can enjoy the exquisite taste even without adding sauce. And the hormone udon was a truly luxurious dish. I was surprised by the incredible amount of offal grilled on the iron plate and the high quality of it. It had a strong hormone flavor and went well with alcohol. In addition, the grilled offal that I ordered was exquisite and was the perfect snack to go with the drinks. Kawamoto-style Hormone Teppan No. 2 is an irresistible restaurant for hormone lovers. I can say with certainty that I can highly recommend it. I would definitely like to visit again next time.
