総社市役所から運動公園に至る道をガソリンスタンド近くのお店です。
入口はなんとなく敷居が高そうに感じて、二の足を踏んでいました。
12時過ぎの入店で、堀ごたつ式のカウンター席に案内されました。
寿司御膳1900円を、奥さんはとり鉄板御膳1200円を注文です。
どちらもサラダ、味噌汁、茶碗蒸し、天ぷらに鶏肉の鉄板焼きで、ご飯か寿司かの違いでした。
ランチだからでしょうが、全て一度に提供され、スペース的に厳しい感じです。
寿司は一般的なネタでしたが、ヒラメの縁側が印象に残りました。
鶏肉が冷凍のまま提供され、コンロで焼くスタイルですが、せめて解凍して欲しかったです。
それを除けば味付け、品揃えなど不満は無かったのですが。
