今日も美味しいランチを食べに行ってきましたよ、場所は総社市中央にある「寿司茶屋 天蔵」さんです。11時35分頃訪問、先客3名でした。
注文は天蔵膳（1080円）です、内容は茶碗蒸し・天ぷら（海老＊2、蓮根、ピーマン）・刺し身（ハマチ・鯛）・サラダ・鰆の香草焼き・日本蕎麦・ご飯・味噌汁・コーヒーゼリーです。
茶碗蒸しは作り置きかな、注文してすぐに出てきました。その後5分で料理が運ばれてきましたよ。天ぷらは揚げたて、カラッと揚がっていて好みの味わいでした。刺し身が2種付いているのは嬉しいですね。蕎麦は優しい味付け、ご飯は定番の味わいかな。コーヒーゼリーは少し硬めの食感、甘さ控えめで美味しく頂きました。
帰ることには満席状態、とても流行っていますね！
