総社市の東部のR180沿いに在る和食料理店です。
目指していたお店がランチを止めていたようなので、こちらに変更です。
建て替えられて２年～３年くらいでしょうか。
入口からの雰囲気に、なんだか違和感・・・
この日は同窓会や法要などの食事会でしょうか４組ほど入っているようで、カウンター席を案内されました。
ウエイティングボードに記入後、ボード自体に目もくれなくスタッフさんは忙しくされています。
ランチメニューにはラーメン定食からステーキ御膳など定番の定食メニューも有ります。
トンカツが中心の国分１３００円と奥さんはラーメン定食８８０円を注文です。
メインのトンカツは気持ち薄めですが、食べ易い厚みで、美味しくいただけました。
ただ、マヨネーズベースのタレは色合いが・・・
酢の物の味付けも良く、刺身御膳の方が本領発揮なのだと思います。
ラーメンは中細ストレート麺の醤油味でやや濃いめの味付けです。
固めの茹で具合で、奥さんは美味しかったとのことですが、自分も一口戴きましたところ粉っぽい感じでした。
次回行くとしたら、刺身御膳か寿司御膳でしょうか。
ただし、カウンター席はいただけませんので、座敷が空いているころ合いが良いかと。
